We believe that our staff should enjoy coming to work, to a happy, supportive and stress-free environment. We aim to reduce unnecessary paperwork, spending time interacting with the children is the priority for staff. All staff have dedicated time to complete Learning Journals and planning for their Key Children. Staff get discounted sessions for their own children who attend the preschool. We try to be flexible and understand that it's not easy juggling work and family. Most importantly, we organise regular staff socials!
